Our Itemised Design Services are services to support you in your interior journey. The Discovery Consultation is the first start before moving on and choose one or multiple of the following options so we can help you make the most of our service to you.

However, you may not know your style and would like a style journey or just want your floorplan translated from your draft with measurements into a computer 2D drawing in which case you do not need a discovery consultation.

Style Mini Journey
-
Includes a visual moodboard (visual style concept) outlining your style based on your preferences, lifestyle and journey. This may include starting with several style mood boards and an additional meeting with the final outcome of your style shown in a moodboard to visually present your style concept.

Space Planning

Includes a floorplan of your current room with a redesign of walls and or furniture. This includes one additional meeting with one revision.

Lighting Selection

Includes a reflected ceiling plan with light plan including luminaire schedule. This includes one additional meeting with one revision.

Colour Selection
-
Includes a floorplan with paint colour selection and specification for all interior surfaces: walls, ceiling, doors, trims and mouldings. A paint schedule is supplied as part of the package and used to document the colour selections and recommendations on the type of paint. This includes wallpaper selection where applicable. This includes one additional meeting with one revision.

Interior Finishes Selection

Includes a floorplan with fixtures, light plan and colour selection, sample board and interior finishes schedule. This may includes some or all of the following: Flooring and trims, Colour, light fixtures, window treatment, textiles (upholstery) and other Materials. This includes one additional meeting with one revision.

Furnishings & accessories Selection

Includes a floorplan with furnishing and a sample board with furnishing and accessories schedule. This could include existing and new furniture and accessories. This includes one additional meeting with one revision.

Styling
-
Styling is done at the end of a project. If you just need styling done this will be at an hourly rate. Others will be included at the Design Journey Packages. The time for this depends on the scale of the project and could be anywhere between 2 hours up until 3 days.

The styling option can be used for styling your current home with your own items or styling to prepare for sale. Further costs will apply if you need to add accessories or furniture for purchase or rent.

Project Planning and Implementation

Options 1: Full Project management

Creation of full implementation planning including 2 sets of quotes per trade required. After which I will provide an estimate of my weekly hours for project management during the implementation process with an estimated cost based on the scope of your project. During the implementation process you will receive every week at the end of the week a breakdown of my hours along with an update on what happened that week and what we can expect the following week. This will be finalised with a deficiency walkthrough and if included full styling and room reveal.

Options 2: Project management when required​

Creation of full implementation planning including 2 sets of invoices per trade required. After which you will take on the project management part yourself and have my support when required at my hourly rate. This will be finalised with a deficiency walkthrough.
