We do understand this can be a time sensitive matter and therefor aim to complete all work and be ready for the sales market within 4-8 weeks.

Discovery Consultation 

This discovery consultation will be an important step in your Journey to prepare your property. In this first meeting you will receive:

An appraisal, site evaluation and review based on your current property

A design brief and floor measurements with rough design option sketches if applicable 

Proposal with your budget and prospected appraisal with estimated (sale/rental value) gain

Concept &
Final Design

Once we have established the right budget and value for your investment we can move to our concept & design stage. For this we will work out a full design plan and lay-out with a specifications list. We can now move on to the planning and implementation or you will be able to line up your own tradespeople and implement and plan this yourself.

Planning &
Procurement

Once we have established the finalised design and specifications required to implement this we can get the planning and procurement underway for you. Wether you will actively help with the renovation by demolishing and painting etc or focus on other important things in life, you can be rest assured we will take care of this every step of the way to maximise your investment until the final styling!

DISCOVERY CONSULTATION

​​To establish what we can best do for you we would start with a Discovery Consultation. We will sent you a welcome pack and questionnaire to prepare for our meeting so we can get right to the point when we meet.

My aim will be to assess where we can best help based on your budget, agent and buyers feedback and the property potential.

This is a paid consultation at $250.00 where you will receive the following:

  • An appraisal, site evaluation and review based on your current property

CONCEPT &
FINAL DESIGN

During this Journey to Maximise your Investment, we will have one meeting after our discovery consultation to discuss the design before finalising this. Once we have established the right budget and property value together with the real estate agent we can start the design process for you. It is important to remember that we design to maximise your investment which is based on your budget, market appeal and gain value. This design is not intended to be for your personal preferences. If you are looking at Interior Design for yourself, our Interior Design Journey is focussed on personal Interior Design Solutions.

This Journey can include any of the following services:​​​

  • Space Planning* 

  • Lighting Selection 

  • Homestaging (Our homestager will bring the right furniture and accessories to match the transformation and achieve the desired style and feel for your buyer.)

  • Window Treatment & Fabric Selection

  • Colour/Interior Finishes Selection*

  • Styling (If you live in it with your own furniture)

  • 2D Floorplan* 

  • 2D Elevations

  • Project Management & Procurement

* Items that must be included as a minimum with this Journey

This Journey is based on two meetings that include:

1. A discovery consultation to assess where we can best help based on your budget, agent and 'buyers' feedback and the property potential.

2. Second meeting is to present the final design including (but not limited to) sample board, material board and guiding schedule. During this meeting we can discuss potential changes to the budget as desired.

3. Finally we proceed with implementation and creating a schedule of the planning and procurement.

What you can expect when we go through this transformation:

  • Mood board (visual style concept), if applicable.

  • 2D Floorplan remodel.

  • Sample board/material board to show the paint colour and/or material selection, flooring and window dressing selection, luminaire selection. (these are all depending on the scope of work and if required)

  • Schedule to outline selection details, pricing and supplier information.

  • 3D Model and Elevation plans if required.

  • Ceiling plan with lighting selection if required.

  • Exterior/Garden plan if required.

PLANNING &
PROCUREMENT

​This planning and procurement service offers you the solution to finalise the Maximise Your Investment Journey, while you focus on other things. It will let us take care of maximising your investment and get your property ready to WoW the market. Your help in transforming your property will certainly help in reducing cost and maximising your investment. So we can include you or anyone who can lend you a hand in our implementation planning for jobs you feel comfortable doing.

We set ourselves apart from other designers with the level of involvement in executing the design plan. Where designers rely on their builders to project manage the projects and make decision during that process (that could be more costly then necessary), we deal with every tradesperson individually and only require a builder when they are actually needed. This gives us and the client more control over the project and avoids pay double on trades fees. We do understand this can be a time sensitive matter and therefor aim to complete all work and be ready for the sales market within 4-8 weeks.

This final stage will include:​​

  • A full schedule and planning on procurement

  • Arrange tradesman and their quotations for your approval

  • We deal and discuss with all trades while you relax

  • Onsite meetings as required with tradesman

  • Final deficiency walk-through

  • 50% or 100% retail discount forwarded where applicable and depending on the project service. 

  • Talk to me about the different pay structures available to suit your situation. These are dependent per property and scope of work.
