To be able to assist you with this Journey we work in 3 phases. You can start with phase 1 to see if you would like our support as Interior Designer. Or you do phase 1 and 2 which will give you the design only and your full range of dealing with your trades and procurement planning only. Or complete the full work with all 3 Phases.

Discovery Consultation
This discovery consultation will be an important step in your Journey to prepare your property. In this first meeting you will receive:
• An appraisal, site evaluation and review based on your current property
• A design brief and floor measurements with rough design option sketches if applicable
• Proposal with your budget and prospected appraisal with estimated (sale/rental value) gain

Concept &
Final Design
Once we have established the right budget and value for your investment we can move to our concept & design stage. For this we will work out a full design plan and lay-out with a specifications schedule. We can now move on to the planning and implementation or you will be able to line up your own tradespeople and implement and plan this yourself.

Planning &
Procurement
Once we have established the finalised design and specifications required to implement this, we can get the planning and procurement underway for you. Wether you will implement the plan yourself and actively help with the renovation or leave us to the full implementation so you can focus on other important things in life, we can support you in the process as much or as little as you need us.

DISCOVERY CONSULTATION
To establish your vision and needs in order for us to have a clear understanding on the design direction for your project we would start with a Discovery Consultation. We will sent you a welcome pack and questionnaire to prepare for our meeting so we can get right to the point when we meet.

My aim will be to assess where we can best help based on your budget, agent and buyers feedback and the property potential.
After this consultation you will receive the following:

CONCEPT &
FINAL DESIGN
During this Journey to Maximise your Investment, we will have one meeting after our discovery consultation to discuss the design before finalising this. But before this we will establish the right budget and property value together with your real estate agent. At this point we can start the design process for you. It is important to remember that we design to maximise your investment which is based on your budget, market appeal and gain value. This design is not intended to be for your personal preferences. If you are looking at Interior Design for yourself, our Interior Design Journey is focussed on personal Interior Design Solutions.

The Design Phase is based on two meetings that include:
1. Our presentation after the discovery consultation with solution on where our design expertise can best help with your available budget and what the real estate estimates the appraisal to sit at after its transformation. We will establish approval to proceed with the design.
2. Second meeting is to present the final design including (but not limited to) sample board, material board and guiding schedule. During this meeting we can discuss potential changes to the budget as desired.
3. After this meeting we can proceed with phase 3 where we can work on the implementation and creating a schedule of the planning and procurement.

PLANNING &
PROCUREMENT
​This planning and procurement stage is the final stage of maximising your investment and get your property ready to WoW the market. Wether you will implement the plan yourself and actively help with the renovation or leave us to the full implementation so you can focus on other important things in life, we can support you in the process as much or as little as you need us.
​
Your help in transforming your property will certainly help in reducing cost and maximising your investment. So we can include you or anyone who can lend you a hand in our implementation planning for jobs you feel comfortable doing. However we do recommend to be absolutely certain you are comfortable doing the job to ensure no additional trade costs or delays will occur during the implementation.

Studio Gold&New is different from other designers with the level of involvement in executing the design plan. Where designers rely on their builders to project manage the projects and make decision during that process (that could be more costly then necessary), we deal with every tradesperson individually and only require a builder when they are actually needed. This gives us and the client more control over the project and avoids pay double on trade fees.

PLANNING AND PROCUREMENT STARTS FROM - $1600.00

Arrange tradesman and their quotations (2 set comparable quotes) for your approval*

We can deal and discuss with all trades while you relax

Onsite meetings as required with tradesman

Options 1: Full Project management
​

Creation of full implementation planning including 2 sets of quotes per trade required. After which I will provide an estimate of my weekly hours for project management during the implementation process with an estimated cost based on the scope of your project. During the implementation process you will receive every week at the end of the week a breakdown of my hours along with an update on what happened that week and what we can expect the following week. This will be finalised with a deficiency walkthrough and if included full styling and room reveal.

Options 2: Project management when required​

Creation of full implementation planning including 2 sets of invoices per trade required. After which you will take on the project management part yourself and have my support when required at my hourly rate. This will be finalised with a deficiency walkthrough.
