Our Interior Design Journey is designed to offer you a well rounded Journey in Interior Design if you are looking for complete Design Projects. But you can also take the Journey to do this virtually, in your own time or choose from our itemised services if you are not looking at an all round Interior Design Journey. Our quotation is based on size and complexity of your project and the scope of work which will be reviewed upon a Discovery Consultation.

We will share a full Welcome Pack and onboarding questionnaire with you to prepare for our consultation.
This includes the request of Inspirational images for initial mood-board
During our discovery consultation we go over your inspirational images, questionnaire including budget specifics and conduct a site visit
This is your moment so we listen to your wishes and needs to get the best understanding possible for your project.
After the initial consultation you will receive an updated visual moodboard, site visit with measurements and design brief. This will also include our quotation on your project and is the basis of starting the concept design.

We will finalise the Visual moodboard so this and the design brief becomes the basis for our design concept.
A floorplan with spacial planning and several options will be shared.
Colour themes will be explored and shared
Some materials, fabrics, furniture and accessories are shared if applicable but is more focussed on in the Design and documentation stage.
During our second meeting we present several creative options that work together with your space and bringing your wishes to the space alive.

Create floorplan and 3D plan with renderings and elevations if required
Finalise Furniture and art selection
Finalise window treatment and upholstery selection
Finalise lighting selection
Finalise colour selection
Finalise Interior Finishes selection
Create samples boards with schedule
Create accompanying retail schedule with cost to be signed per item for approval
Create Material Board if applicable
Create elevations and detailed drawings if applicable
Create plan of trades required and estimated cost. Plan time to see tradesman for quotes and timeframe

Create procurement schedule once we have received all quotes required.
Get clients approval from retail schedule and plan the retail orders
Project manage all work in progress from construction to retail delivery and installation.
Depending on the scale of the project we may share this schedule with client which will be an ongoing shared file to keep up with the project timings.
Deficiencies walkthrough opportunity for client towards the end of trades work if applicable.
Arrange all deficiencies to be revised

Final delivery of retail
Styling once all trades work is done and retail delivered and installed.
Photography of the project in the styled set up.
